General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 13ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://13ok.ws and all associated gaming, sports betting, and account services offered therein. By accessing the 13ok platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

13ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 13ok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 13ok platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 13ok does not permit minors to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 13ok employee or partner organisation, unless express written consent has been granted by 13ok management.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law — that is, you must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 13ok platform or under any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers 13ok.

13ok takes its age verification obligations seriously. During registration, you will be required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. At the time of your first withdrawal request, or at any time the platform deems it necessary, you may be required to submit identity documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending successful verification.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 13ok services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is available to eligible individuals and is completed via the 13ok Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 13ok platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 13ok reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with that individual, void any open bets, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from promotional offers. Legitimate winnings earned through real-money wagering (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player after identity verification.

Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 13ok accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses result from your failure to maintain appropriate security practices.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where available in your account settings.
• Never share your password or one-time passcode (OTP) with any person, including 13ok customer support staff — our staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting [email protected].

Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your 13ok account must match the name on your payment method and government-issued identity documents. Accounts where discrepancies are identified between the registered name and supporting documentation may be temporarily suspended pending clarification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name. 13ok will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to third parties.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

13ok supports a range of payment methods popular with players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the 13ok cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your 13ok account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer's processing times. 13ok does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the 13ok platform — they may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without gameplay.
• 13ok reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.
• Failed deposit transactions are typically reversed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to account identity verification — accounts that have not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process may have withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of identity documentation.

• Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Card withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your card account depending on your issuing bank.
• 13ok reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Withdrawals of real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements except where a deposit bonus has been claimed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

13ok offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 13ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and begun meeting the wagering requirement, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid for the original validity period.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party payment methods, or collusion — will be voided and the relevant accounts closed.

Sports Betting Bonuses

Free bet bonuses credited to your sports betting balance must be used on eligible markets as specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free bets are credited as real-money funds, net of the free bet stake, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of any winning calculation.

Casino & Slot Bonuses

Casino bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to game-specific contribution rates when calculating wagering requirements. In general, slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms. 13ok reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering eligibility.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 13ok platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and generally accepted standards of fair and honest behaviour. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout any verification process, and update your account details promptly if your circumstances change.
• Use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose, including systematic trading or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the platform, including laws relating to online gaming, financial transactions, and data protection.
• Notify 13ok immediately if you become aware that you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms — for example, if you reach a point where gambling is causing you financial hardship and you wish to self-exclude.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, bets voided, and balances reviewed in accordance with the nature of the breach:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the 13ok platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform, place bets, or interact with any game in a manner that does not constitute genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion with other players, whether in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the 13ok platform to transact funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 13ok customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location in order to circumvent eligibility requirements or verification procedures.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or 13ok may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Account closure does not affect the validity of any transactions completed prior to the date of closure.

Closure at Your Request

You may request the closure of your 13ok account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, 13ok will settle any open bets at their conclusion, apply the outcome to your balance, and process a final withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Closure or Suspension by 13ok

13ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The account is associated with prohibited conduct as defined in the User Obligations section above.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the 13ok platform, its payment systems, or other players.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed by 13ok due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the player following verification and completion of any investigation. 13ok will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from a legitimate account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened at the player's request before the period expires. 13ok will endeavour to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 13ok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gaming or sports betting activity on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside 13ok's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions affecting players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or any other part of Bangladesh.
• Errors in game outcomes that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with the applicable game rules — 13ok reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust balances accordingly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security as described in these Terms.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in these Terms limits 13ok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The limitations set out in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Bangladeshi law.

13ok makes no representation or warranty that the platform is free from errors, uninterrupted, or fully secure. While we implement industry-standard security practices and work to maintain service continuity, no online platform can guarantee 100% uptime or absolute security. By using 13ok, you accept these inherent limitations.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that the outcome of gaming and betting events is uncertain and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the platform. 13ok encourages all players to gamble responsibly within their financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
